The Bandar Sunway hall is RM1,500 for a 3-hour block, RM2,200 for 5 hours, or RM3,200 for a full day. The Sri Petaling hall is RM1,250 for 3 hours, RM1,850 for 5 hours, or RM2,850 for a full day. Single hours are RM550 at Sunway and RM450 at Sri Petaling. A RM150 cleaning fee applies when food is involved, and outside food carries a RM300 surcharge, waived if you are only bringing light refreshments. Every rate includes the projector or screen, PA system and wireless mics, WiFi 7, tables and chairs, and air con, with the room set to your floor plan before doors open. Bookings outside 9am to 6pm carry a RM150 out-of-hours surcharge. Catering is extra and arranged on quote; as a guide, packed bento lunches start around RM20 a head. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due 7 days before the event, and the quote is itemised in writing so there is nothing to discover later.

Bandar Sunway holds 40 to 100 pax and Sri Petaling holds 30 to 60 pax, depending on the layout. Both halls can be configured for theatre, classroom, banquet, or open networking layouts. Theatre seating fits the most people; classroom and banquet layouts need tables, so they take fewer, and we confirm the exact number once we know your format. For groups under 30, the Sunway Training Room (13 to 30 pax, RM148 an hour) or a Sri Petaling meeting room is usually the better fit and costs less than the hall. Tell us your headcount and the kind of event, and we will recommend the room and a layout.

Tables, chairs, basic AV (projector or large screen, sound system, microphones), WiFi 7, a water dispenser, and air conditioning for the whole event. Bandar Sunway also has an in-house barista bar for coffee on-site, and coffee runs can be added through catering.

Tell us your headcount, dietary requirements, and rough budget when you ask for a venue quote and we'll send catering options together with the venue pricing.

Yes. Outside food carries a RM300 surcharge, which we waive if you are only bringing light refreshments. You can also order from the 200+ food spots around Sri Petaling, or Rock Cafe food court 100m from the Sunway hall. If you'd rather not coordinate it yourself, we'll handle it through our partner kitchen.

Sri Petaling has a multi-storey car park right in front, so guests rarely struggle even on busy event days. Bandar Sunway is street parking, free on weekends and at night, paid during weekday working hours. We'll send specific parking guidance once your event is confirmed.

Standard staffed hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm. Evening and after-hours bookings are available with a RM150 out-of-hours surcharge, air con included. Hourly, half-day, full-day, and weekly recurring bookings are all possible, which works well for ongoing classes, training programmes, and regular community meetups.

Yes. We arrange the room based on your floor plan, run AV checks before doors open, and coordinate catering with our partner kitchen on your behalf. Tear-down is handled by your team after the event. For more involved productions (custom backdrops, lighting design, staging) we can recommend partners we've worked with before.

If you cancel within 72 hours of payment and your event is at least 7 days away, you get a full refund. After that, cancelling at least 7 days before the event converts your payment into booking credit. Within 7 days of the event, the booking is non-refundable.
