Bigger rooms are priced too: from RM3,480 for 6 pax, and RM4,640 for the 8-pax office at Bandar Sunway, with Sri Petaling fitting teams up to 10. Every office is furnished and all-in, month-to-month, with better rates on 6 and 12-month commitments. All-in means the desks and chairs, air con, WiFi 7 on a 2+1 Gbps failover setup, 24/7 keyless access through the Salto app, monthly meeting room credits, a registrable business address with mail handling, and cleaning, so the monthly figure is the whole bill. The deposit is one month and notice is one month, so the cash you commit up front is a fraction of a traditional lease.

Sri Petaling has rooms for 1 to 10 people. Bandar Sunway has 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8-person rooms. You can start small and move into a bigger room at the same branch as your team grows.

No. Offices are month-to-month with one month deposit and one month notice, not the oversized deposit or multi-year lease a traditional office demands. Commit to 6 or 12 months and the monthly rate drops. Notice can be given at any time, or before the 5th of your move-out month, using a short exit form, and the deposit is refunded about 30 days after you hand the room back. There is no fit-out to pay for and nothing to reinstate when you leave, because the room comes furnished and goes back the same way. Growing teams simply move to a bigger room when one frees up, without starting a new contract cycle.

Yes. It is your own enclosed, lockable room, not a shared desk. Residents get 24/7 keyless access through our Salto system, so you and your team come and go anytime.

Yes. A business address and mail handling are included with every private office at both branches, so you can use it for registration, deliveries, and correspondence.

Yes. As you grow you can move into a larger room or take more than one, subject to availability at your branch. Single rooms go up to 10 people in Sri Petaling and 8 in Bandar Sunway; larger teams just add rooms.
