01 · The pitch
For the days home isn’t working.A hot desk is any open seat on the open floor: cafe-style seating, fast WiFi, free-flow black coffee and tea, and call booths when a call needs a door. It suits freelancers rotating out of cafes, students in exam season, and remote workers who want air con and other humans without signing anything. And unlike a cafe, lunch does not mean packing everything up: leave your things at the seat, go eat, come back. Same for the toilet run.
It is the entry plan on purpose. No fixed desk, no meeting room credits; that is what the ladder above it is for. What you do get is the same floor, the same internet and the same community as everyone paying five times more.

      How does the day pass work?Walk in any day between 9am and 6pm, pay RM28 at the front desk, and take any open seat on the floor. Students pay RM18 with a valid student ID, and members on the RM38 a month online membership pay RM14 after their free monthly pass. No booking is needed; both branches are staffed every day of the week, weekends included. The pass covers you until 6pm, with WiFi 7, air con, free black coffee and tea, and the pantry. If you want a door that closes for the day, a vacant private office can be rented as a private day pass at RM50 per person. If you come in more than about 14 days a month, the RM400 monthly hot desk, which adds 24/7 access, is the cheaper option.

      What is the RM38/month membership?An online subscription that gives you one free day pass every month, drops the rest to RM14 instead of RM28, and takes 25% off meeting room bookings. It pays for itself from the second visit in a month. It renews monthly and cancels anytime from the manage-subscription link we send you.

      What does the monthly hot desk at RM400 add?The full resident kit minus the fixed desk: 24/7 access via the Salto app, mail and package handling, a business address you can register, and the stocked pantry. Deposit is one month, notice is one month (or before the 5th of your move-out month).

      What is the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?A hot desk is any open seat on the open floor, cafe-style seating, first come first seated. A dedicated desk at RM530/mo is your own fixed spot with an adjustable office chair with armrests, you leave your setup overnight, and monthly meeting room credits come with it.

      Where do I take calls?Call booths sit on the floor for private calls, free to use. For a proper client meeting, meeting rooms start at RM48 an hour.

      Do hot desk members get meeting room credits?Free monthly credits start at the Fixed Desk plan. Monthly hot desk members book meeting rooms at a discounted member rate instead of the walk-in rate.

      What if I need privacy for a day?Ask about a Private Day Pass: when a private office is vacant, you can take a 1-pax room for the day at RM50, or a 2-pax at RM100. Subject to availability, so WhatsApp us before you come.
