01 · The pitch

The original, running since 2017.

Sandbox started here: a corner shophouse above the bank in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, next to Old Klang Road and Bukit Jalil, a 10-minute drive south of the city centre. It is a township floor, not a tower: the pantry island in the middle is where everyone ends up talking, and several companies have quietly made this their permanent office. The words reviewers keep reaching for are "comfortable" and "fast wifi".

Honest note: after nine years the floor runs close to full. Desks open up faster than rooms, and rooms turn over slowly, so if a size you want is taken, ask; things move every month.

05 · The neighbourhood

A township, not a tower.

The address is 22-1 Jalan Radin Bagus 3, in the middle of Bandar Baru Sri Petaling. Google Maps · Waze

200+ restaurants on foot

Bally, the live-music spot, is next door; 103 Coffee, Nasi Lemak Burung Hantu and Ondo Bakery are all a short walk. You could eat here for a month without repeating.

The bank is downstairs

We sit one floor above an HSBC branch and its ATMs, with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and AmBank all within the township.

Parking that behaves

A multi-storey car park directly in front of the building, plus street parking around the block.

Getting here by car

Next to Old Klang Road and Bukit Jalil, about a 10-minute drive south of the KL city centre.

Convenience, around the clock

Urban Marketplace, the big grocery store, is about a hundred metres away, and 7-Eleven, Family Mart, KK Mart, 99 Speedmart and MyNews are scattered through the surrounding streets, several of them 24 hours.

Pharmacies and clinics

Watsons, Guardian and a spread of clinics sit within the township for whatever the day throws at you.

Is parking available?

A multi-storey car park sits right in front of the building, and there is street parking around the block. Most members drive; we are next to Old Klang Road and Bukit Jalil, about a 10-minute drive south of the KL city centre.

What offices are available at Sri Petaling?

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10-pax rooms from RM780 to RM5,800 a month; this is the only branch with 5, 6 and 10-pax sizes. All furnished and lockable with 24/7 access. The floor runs close to full, so ask what is open before setting your heart on a size.

What is the podcast studio?

Can I try the space for a day?

Yes, a day pass is RM28, walk in any day between 9am and 6pm. If you find yourself coming often, the RM38/month online membership gives you a free day pass each month and drops the rest to RM14; it renews monthly and cancels anytime from the manage-subscription link we send you.

Do you offer a virtual office or business address only?

Yes, quietly: RM960 a year covers mail handling and a business address you can register, sold on enquiry. Worth knowing first: every monthly plan already includes the business address free, so if you will actually use a seat, a hot desk gets you the address plus somewhere to work.

Can I book the event space or meeting rooms without being a member?

Yes, everything hourly is open to outside bookings: meeting rooms from RM48 an hour and the 30-to-60-pax event space from RM450 an hour. Send an enquiry and we will confirm availability. Need room for up to 100? Our Bandar Sunway event hall takes the big ones.
