At Sandbox Space, meeting rooms run from RM48 to RM148 per hour. Sri Petaling has four rooms: 6 pax at RM48, 8 pax at RM68, 12 pax at RM88 and 18 pax at RM118 per hour. Bandar Sunway has MR1 (10 pax, RM78), MR2 (12 pax, RM88) and a Training Room for 13 to 30 pax at RM148 per hour. Rooms are booked by the hour, and if you run over, the extra time is charged in 30-minute blocks. Every room comes with WiFi 7, a whiteboard, a screen and free coffee, and the price is the same whether you are a member or a walk-in. Full-day packages start at RM380, recurring bookings take 15% off, and members on a monthly plan spend their meeting room credits first. Every room includes WiFi 7, a whiteboard, a screen and free-flow coffee and water outside the door. The Sunway Training Room adds an additional full HDTV with HDMI cable. There is no setup fee and no service charge on top.

Yes, every room has one. In Sri Petaling: Small RM380, Medium RM550, Large RM690 and Extra Large RM890 for the full day. In Bandar Sunway: MR1 RM650, MR2 RM690, and the Training Room RM1,100 for the full day from 9am to 6pm, against RM1,332 if you paid it by the hour. Recurring bookings still take 15% off. A full day means the room is yours from 9am to 6pm, so a training programme or a workshop can leave its setup in place over lunch. If the session has to run past 6pm, the out-of-hours surcharge is RM150 with the air con kept on. Weekly classes and recurring team meetings can also buy a 10-hour credit package at 15% off, with no expiry date.

Yes. Recurring and long-term bookings take 15% off, and there is a 10-hour credit package at the same 15% off with no expiry date. It is built for tuition classes, weekly team meetings and training cohorts. For higher volumes, talk to us.

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 3 days before your booking date. Inside 3 days, the payment is not refunded in cash, it converts into a booking credit you can use to rebook any room, any time, with no expiry date.

Weekends are normal hours, both branches are staffed 9am to 6pm every day. Sessions outside 9am to 6pm are available too, with an RM150 out-of-hours charge, and the air con stays on, it is included. Put your preferred time straight into the booking request form, or WhatsApp us, and we will arrange it directly.

Yes. Monthly plans from Dedicated Desk up include monthly meeting room credits that scale with the number of desks you take. Beyond your credits, a discounted member rate applies. Ask at the desk for the specifics of your tier.
