Sandbox Space rents seven meeting rooms by the hour in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur and Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, for 6 to 30 people: RM48 to RM148 an hour, with WiFi 7, a screen and a whiteboard in every room, a one-hour minimum and no membership needed.

Book a room, walk in past the front desk, plug in and go. Every room comes with WiFi 7, a whiteboard and a screen. Booked by the hour, and if you run over we charge the extra in 30-minute blocks. No setup fee.
It works for client pitches, interviews, team days, tuition classes and weekly trainings, whether you call it a meeting room, a conference room, a boardroom or a classroom. In Sri Petaling there is a multi-storey carpark right in front of the building for your guests. In Bandar Sunway you are a 5-minute walk from Monash and Sunway University, which is exactly why the Training Room stays busy.

- 2 to 6 people: Small in Sri Petaling. Sunway starts at 10 seats, so MR1 is the smallest there.
- 7 to 8: Medium in Sri Petaling, or MR1 in Sunway with room to spare.

Training room for rent in Bandar Sunway, PJ.
The Training Room seats 13 to 30 in rows, a U-shape or clusters, set to your floor plan before you arrive, with a full HDTV with HDMI, a whiteboard and WiFi 7. It is RM148 an hour or RM1,100 for the full day from 9am to 6pm, and recurring bookings take 15% off. The answers HR teams usually need before they book:
A company invoice. We send the invoice to your company by email, and can add your company details for e-invoicing on request.
Lunch for the group. Our halal-certified partner kitchen does bento sets from about RM20 a head, or lunch with a tea break from about RM53. Ask for the menu and the minimum order when you book.
Parking. Street parking around the building, free on weekends and at night and paid during weekday working hours. The Sunway BRT (SunU-Monash station) is an 8-minute walk.
Paying. We confirm the slot and send a secure payment link: FPX online banking, card or e-wallet, or bank transfer if you prefer.

How much does it cost to rent a meeting room in KL or PJ?
At Sandbox Space, meeting rooms run from RM48 to RM148 per hour. Sri Petaling has four rooms: 6 pax at RM48, 8 pax at RM68, 12 pax at RM88 and 18 pax at RM118 per hour. Bandar Sunway has MR1 (10 pax, RM78), MR2 (12 pax, RM88) and a Training Room for 13 to 30 pax at RM148 per hour. Rooms are booked by the hour, and if you run over, the extra time is charged in 30-minute blocks. Every room comes with WiFi 7, a whiteboard and a screen. The hourly rates are the walk-in price. Monthly hot desk, Dedicated Desk and private office members pay a discounted member rate, with any monthly meeting room credits used first, and the RM38 Online Membership takes 25% off. Full-day packages start at RM380 and recurring bookings take 15% off. Request a slot on WhatsApp or through the booking form and we confirm it with a payment link.
What is included with the room?
Every room includes WiFi 7, a whiteboard and a screen. The Sunway Training Room adds an additional full HDTV with HDMI cable. There is no setup fee and no service charge on top.
Is there a full-day package?
Yes, every room has one. In Sri Petaling: Small RM380, Medium RM550, Large RM690 and Extra Large RM890 for the full day. In Bandar Sunway: MR1 RM590, MR2 RM690, and the Training Room RM1,100 for the full day from 9am to 6pm, against RM1,332 if you paid it by the hour. Recurring bookings still take 15% off. A full day means the room is yours from 9am to 6pm, so a training programme or a workshop can leave its setup in place over lunch. If the session has to run past 6pm, the out-of-hours surcharge is RM150 with the air con kept on. Weekly classes and recurring team meetings can also buy a 10-hour credit package at 15% off, with no expiry date.
Do you offer discounts for weekly classes or recurring bookings?
Yes. Recurring and long-term bookings take 15% off, and there is a 10-hour credit package at the same 15% off with no expiry date. It is built for tuition classes, weekly team meetings and training cohorts. For higher volumes, talk to us.
How do I book and pay?

What is the cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 3 days before your booking date. Inside 3 days, the payment is not refunded in cash, it converts into a booking credit you can use to rebook any room, any time, with no expiry date.
Can we run a session after 6pm or on weekends?
Weekends are normal hours, both branches are staffed 9am to 6pm every day. Sessions outside 9am to 6pm are available too, with an RM150 out-of-hours charge, and the air con stays on, it is included. Put your preferred time straight into the booking request form, or WhatsApp us, and we will arrange it directly.
Do members get meeting room credits?
Yes. Monthly plans from Dedicated Desk up include monthly meeting room credits that scale with the number of desks you take. Beyond your credits, a discounted member rate applies. Monthly hot desk plans come without credits but still get the member rate. Ask at the desk for the specifics of your tier.
Do you have a conference room or boardroom for hire?
Yes. The Extra Large room in Sri Petaling is an oval boardroom for 18 behind a glass wall, at RM118 an hour or RM890 for the day. For a conference-style session with rows, the Bandar Sunway Training Room seats up to 30 at RM148 an hour or RM1,100 for the day, with a full HDTV and whiteboard. Both are booked by the hour with no membership needed.
Can I rent a training room or classroom by the day in PJ?
Yes. The Training Room at Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, takes 13 to 30 people in rows, U-shape or clusters and costs RM1,100 for a 9am to 6pm day, against RM1,332 by the hour. Weekly classes and cohorts take 15% off recurring bookings, and it is a five-minute walk from Monash and Sunway University. Tuition classes and corporate trainings run here every week.
Do you issue a company invoice for meeting room bookings?
Yes. We send the invoice to your company by email with the company name, contact person and details you give us, and can add your company details for e-invoicing on request. You pay through the secure payment link by FPX online banking, card or e-wallet, or by bank transfer. Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 3 days before the booking; inside 3 days, the payment turns into a booking credit with no expiry date.
