RM530 a month at both Sri Petaling and Bandar Sunway, all-in: 24/7 keyless access, WiFi 7, free-flow coffee, a business address with mail handling, and monthly meeting room credits. Deposit is one month and notice is one month, or before the 5th of your move-out month. The desk is yours alone, so a monitor, docking station and paperwork can stay overnight, and it comes with an adjustable office chair with armrests rather than the cafe-style chairs on the hot desk floor. Compared with the RM400 hot desk, the extra RM130 buys the fixed spot, the chair and the right to leave your setup in place. Compared with a 1-pax private office at RM780, you give up the door but keep everything else, which is why most solo members start here.

Q: What's the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?

A hot desk (RM400/month) is any open seat, first come first served, and you pack up when you leave. A dedicated desk (RM530/month) is your own fixed desk that nobody else uses, with a proper adjustable office chair instead of the open floor's cafe-style seating, so you can leave your monitor and gear set up, and it adds monthly meeting room credits.

Q: Can I leave my monitor and equipment overnight?

Yes, that's the point of a dedicated desk. Your setup stays on your desk. At Sri Petaling you can also rent a locker as an add-on for anything you'd rather stow away.

Q: Can my team sit together?

Yes, at both branches. Bandar Sunway's desks sit side by side, so a small team can take a row. Sri Petaling's desks are mostly side by side too, and two people can usually sit together, subject to availability. For bigger teams, a private office is the comfortable option.

Q: Is access really 24/7?

Yes. Dedicated desk members get 24/7 keyless access through our Salto system at both branches, with air con included around the clock. The front desk is staffed Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm.

Q: Can I upgrade to a private office later?

Yes, and many members do. Private offices start at RM780 a month for one person, subject to availability, and you keep all the same inclusions plus a lockable door.
