Two ways in, one membership.
Joined from 7 November 2026
Use Sign in with your email. Type the email you joined with and we send you a sign-in link; there is no password. From there you can cancel, change your card or download receipts.
Joined before 7 November 2026
Use Sign in with your password, with the email and password you set up when you joined. Your membership, price and benefits stay exactly as they are.
Not sure which one? Try the email sign-in first. If no email arrives within a few minutes, use the password sign-in, or WhatsApp us and we will sort it out. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your benefits last until the end of the month you have paid for.
